Well, again, we plan over the weekend, so we’re two days into this week’s menu plan.

back to school and work
Guiness Beef stew with crusty bread
Tuesday
Creamy chicken enchiladas, Spanish rice and corn
Wednesday
Oven fried chicken, potatoes and veggies
Thursday
California Italian Wedding Soup with crusty bread
Friday
Make Your Own Pizza Night
In addtion, I’ll be making a big batch of french toast sticks to throw in the freezer for the girls’ breakfasts.
