Oct

This is our last week eating out of the freezer from September’s cooking session.  I have to tell you that I’m LOVING this.  I can’t rave about it enough.  Instead of doing October’s menu we’re going to do August’s as we’re not having Thanksgiving here and don’t need side dishes in the freezer to make menu prep easier.

This is all at Once A Month Mom, of course.  Check her out if you never have.  It’s AWESOME.

Monday-Crock pot beef stew with fresh bread

Tuesday-Mexican Cornbread casserole and veggies

Wednesday-Baked Ziti, quick chicken parm and Salad

Thursday-Dinner @ my moms group’s annual Halloween Party

Friday-Pizza night!  And pumpkin carving!

Saturday-Halloween!  We’re having Weenie Winks and Tater Tots, a Halloween tradition around here.

Sunday-Deconstructed chicken breasts, rice and veggies.
