I wish I had a creative title for this. I get tired of typing this same title over and over and over, BUT it works.
I have a lot of vegetables in the fridge that we need to use up, thanks to our awesome CSA.
Monday
Chicken on the grill, Cheesy Turnips and Carrots and grilled veggies (squash, peppers, mushrooms, zucchini and onions. Toss with olive oil and dry Italian dressing and grill. YUMMY!)
Tuesday
Stuffed Cabbage Rolls and green salad
Wednesday
Grilled Sammies (probably grilled cheese for the Girls, with Big Daddy and I having fresh mozzarella, tomato, basil and pesto) with chips and Beet Bundt Cake (I hate beets, but I have them in the fridge and I need to do SOMETHING with them so why not make cake?)
Thursday
Chicken Salad sandwiches, veggies with dip.
Fresh produce is really beginning to come into season. Make sure to isit your local produce markets and farm stands . Eating locally and seasonally isn’t just good for the environment. It’s good for YOU. :)
