Menu Plan Monday-2011 Week 9

When I was younger, my Mom would always talk to me about March coming in like a lion and going out like a lamb, so I’ll be waiting, patiently, to see how march will come in tomorrow.  Lion? Or Lamb?  From here, it’s looking like lamb, but who knows what Tuesday will bring.


Garlic cheddar chicken with briami.  Don’t laugh.  Have you made it yet?  If not, no laughing!  Make it and then tell me I’m silly for wanting to eat it every single week. ;)


Since spring is coming in like a lamb.  Supposedly, we’re having grilled chicken (we use Montreal Chicken Seasoning when we grill chicken and it’s fantastic!) and veggies.  Probably asparagus.


Another nice day?  We’re grilling steak and portobello mushroom caps along with crash hot potatoes
