Thankfully, no accumulated snow as of posting and hopefully it stays away. I feel as though we’ve had enough and I really like snow.
Garlic Thyme Flank Steak with Cheesy mashed potatoes
1 tbsp chopped, fresh thyme
3 cloves of pressed garlic
1/2 tsp pepper
2 tsps olive oil
1 pound of trimmed flank steak
1. Preheat grill
2. Combine first five ingredients. Score both sides of steak in a diamond pattern and rub spice mixture over steak
3. Grill steak on a grill coated with cooking spray and grill for ive minutes a side until desired doneness.
