It’s Gallbladder Friday!

As you’re reading this, I’m in the process of having my gallbladder removed from my body. Well, I might not be in surgery and if you don’t read this until, like, Wednesday of next week I probably will be feeling better and back to being my own sweet self and won’t be in the process of having my gallbladder removed.

But, what’s more fun than a retrospective post?

Here are some of my favorite posts from Novembers past

IN 2010 we did a Family Movie Night for the movie Elf. One of my personal Christmas favorites.  We made Elf cookies and made pine cone elves which still hang on the Christmas tree I put up in our playroom.

This picture of Littlebit makes my heart almost explode.

I love family movie nights. They’re great ways to have affordable fun with your family.  You don’t have to run out and buy the latest and greatest new release.  I mean, you can, but that’s kind of beside the whole point.  Our crafts and activities usually cost very little.  Much less than a night out at the movies.  Heck, it’s probably less than one ticket, but we’re having FUN and make do with what we have.

In 2009, I posted one of my favorite posts ever. It details my brief foray into patternless pants making.  It’s worth the click if to see nothing what my patternless pants looked like.  A hint?  Terrible!

In 2008, I posted one of my most favorite pictures of the Princess back when I was still doing wordless Wednesday posts.

From the wayback archives, I posted this in 2007 about helping others .
