Family Movie Night

Family Movie Nights are exactly what they sound like.  In 2008, Big Daddy and I were on a tight budget and I decided to use our extensive collection of family friendly movies for some fun.  I select a movie and design a craft, dinner and dessert around it.  We’ve had a lot of fun over the years and it’s a really great way to breathe some life back into your old movie collection without having to spend a dime.

Great idea family movie nights. Makes a change to get all the family together as I don’t think we all do it enough any more. We watched Hotel Transylvania 1 & 2 over the last couple of weeks for our Halloween (spooky) theme.

I’d be interested in the craft , dinner and dessert that went with each movie. I’m not very creative in that regard and while my own girls are grown, the grandkids are coming up. Got to be prepared :-)

Hi, are you the Jamie Anderson who has written several books as posted on GoodReads? Was trying to find a bio of you, but unsure as several Jamie’s come up. I too loved your quote about grief and love mentioned here numerous times…which led me on a search to find the author of those words.
