One thing about me, is that I love to cook. When I married Big Daddy, I wasn’t so good at it, but over the past eleven years, I’ve gotten a lot better. I like to find new recipes, try them on my family and then tell you all about them. These are some of our favorites:
Guinness Beef Stew
- Guinness Beef Stew (perfect for cold winter’s nights)
- Ultimate Potato Soup (also good for cold nights but REALLY not good for you. Enjoy sparingly)
- Lumberjack hash
- Chicken Pot Pie (everyone I’ve shared this recipe with has loved it. It’s doesn’t have 2900 ratings and a five star review for nothing. It’s THAT good)
- Caramel Apple Pork Chops (I wanted to take a picture, but they were so good they were gone before I could get one)
Top Muffin Recipe as Selected by Us
- Last year, we did a Blueberry muffin smackdown where we tried a variety of muffin recipe to find the best one. The winner was from Cookie Madness and was delicious!
